Quality Assurance Technical Assistant
Full time position working with Quality Assurance Manager to continuously improve company’s quality focus including incoming raw materials, production assembly procedures and outgoing product shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager to continuously improve company’s quality focus including incoming raw materials, production assembly procedures and outgoing product shipments.
Interact with associates in all departments, primarily in production assembly
Assist to strengthen and maintain quality management system plans in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 StandardConduct Internal Quality Audits and submit written reports with audit results
Perform root cause analysis and failure investigation of quality issues
Tasks may require operation of various test equipment such as light microscopes, Sonoscan and calipers
Serve as active member of team, monitoring production and recommending steps to take to reflect continuous improvements
Maintain a well organized work area.
Understand, comply, and support customer and ISO regulatory requirements.
Understand, comply, and support Integra Technologies policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of industry experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Statistical Process Control which collects test data to analyze and determine Standard Deviation, Mean, Averages, etc.
Qualified candidates must have experience conducting internal audits to meet ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language. Ability to understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Basic mathematic skills.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent residency required.
Pay Range
$40,000 - $52,000 per year, depending upon experience
