IGNP1011M1600 is a 50-Ohm matched, GaN based pulsed power module (aka pallet) for L-band avionics systems operating in the 1.03-1.09 GHz instantaneous frequency band. This module supplies a minimum of 1600W of peak pulsed output power under the conditions of 100µs pulse width and 2% duty cycle. All units are 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
