ILP2731M260 is a 50-Ohm matched high power pulsed module (aka pallet) for S-band radar systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 2.70- 3.10 GHz. This module supplies a minimum of 260W of peak pulse power under the conditions of 300us pulse width and 10% duty cycle. All units are 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
